Redesign of a Website

A mockup featuring PWG Media's new site

Problem

PWG Media was unhappy with their existing WordPress site. They were unhappy with the layout, the site architecture and the color palette. Also, several of the links were broken and the Vimeo videos on the Portfolio page were too cluttered with optional Vimeo control labels.

Solution

Since the client was unhappy with WordPress, I recommended Bootstrap and picked a simple, modern, one-page-scroll, responsive template. Together we came up with a new color palette and I also redesigned PWG's logo.

Result

A strongly branded, clean, modern, one-page scrolling site with a video landing page (so really it's a two-page site). The navigation is fixed and always available. The services are clearly listed, the portfolio is clean and has modal windows that focus on each project. The site architecture is clear and easy to navigate, and the site is mobile-friendly.
